		<description>During my college days, there used to be a pub that would give away a free pint of (nasty, diluted) beer for every rejection letter you received, be it for jobs, grad schools, publication attempts, etc. It used to be unlimited, until I came in with 12 rejection letters in tow. Ah, how I miss those heady days when rejection meant a free trip down Shitfaced Drunk Alley.

You may hate me for saying this, but I truly do believe those rejections are not a reflection of your writing. How can they be, when your hilarious, eloquent blog leaves me rolling on the floor? (When you aren&#039;t describing your Metformin agony, that is.)</description>
