I’m sorry to hear it didn’t work out with to do the MFA without the Bachelors. But it does sound good that you could take your pick of schools by getting the first degree under your belt. I hope “Operation Mortar Board” is a huge success.

Sometimes, being “roughed up a little” works out in the end…sorry to hear the MFA program didn’t work out, but hey, look at this new opportunity that revealed itself! One thing is for certain: you are a fantastic, talented writer who will go places.

And not just to Target, where I spend an unfortunate amount of time.

Also, I subscribe to POETS & WRITERS. And I too have a mad scientist father (well, sorta) who I haven’t seen since 1998. I would indeed like to see your Mad Scientist Dad post! Just thought I’d mention that. :) Cheerio!

An excellent plan. This online BA program sounds wonderful, except for one thing. How are you going to attend the frat parties where you guzzle beer from a hose connected to a keg while splashing around a water fountain with your sorority sisters as frat boys judge you in their wet t-shirt contest? Uhm, isn’t that what getting a BA is all about?

I’m also very glad to hear that you and the Nearly have the same ovulatory goals in mind. Yay!
