Sorry about the lousy day. I second the ice cream sandwiches.

I laughed about the bit about walking into oncoming traffic though. I once stepped on one of those little ankle biter dogs because I was ignoring the fact that I had just tripped and tried to be all “lalalala, who needs to look down at the ground when walking, not me, no sirree bob!”

Oh, that sounds like a truly miserable day. 45 and pregnant right away, the old-fashioned way? Great for her, but so fricking unfair. And safe at seven weeks? I hope she doesn’t learn how very wrong she is.

I also had to laugh at Caer’s suggestion of the sack of ice cream sandwiches. Of course for your foot. Why else?

In our case, the depression is the worse of the two. The mania just means staying up all night on the internet and racking up huge debt on crazy stuff like thousands of dollars worth of air purifiers. The depression is much, much worse.
It’s different for everyone but I know how hard it is to deal with. I’m so sorry.
