Deplorable solipsism? The new face of literature? Or merely a clever procrastination device...

beautiful
(i love how her eyelids and skin match the covers.)
Poor pea. Bella was sick this weekend, too. Feel better.
Aww, her face says it all. Poor thing!
Oh no, hope she feels better soon.
I’ve been away and am just delighted to see your update … not this one, obviously, but the one involving ultrasound.
Love the happy bedding (and the snuggle bunny contained therein).
That bed looks so cozy. Poor little babe, nothing worse than having that endless energy cut down. I hope she rebounds soon (and you get some rest too, Mama)
Those eyes… My own 2.5-year-old daughter was up sick all last night, and she had those same eyes. Poor girl. Hope she gets some energy soon!
Poor little duck, I hope that she feels better soon and the illness doesn’t spread too far.
Awww… poor baby. Love her bedding though. So cheerful!
Simone is so cute! But getting so big :(
Get well soon Simone!!
I secretly liked when my daughter was sick when I was pregnant with my son because at least it slowed her down. I got to rest with her. Of course that only holds if she was sleeping through the night and if I avoided catching it. So I hope you both get the rest you need.
Aww! So pathetic yet so very adorable.
poor little face.
For the longest time now, everytime I go through my bookmark to flotsam, I’ve been met with the September entries. I thought you were taking a little hiatus! I can’t believe I’ve missed so much.
I have a vague but persistent memory of this happening before, with new entries to your site never loading for me.
I’ve refreshed and hand-entered the url and refreshed some more, but only Google Cache would turn up anything newer than September for me. I wondered if this has been an issue for anyone else. It only affected Flotsam, none of my other bookmarks.
I would have granted you a much-deserved hiatus in peace, but it turns out, I’ve been missing out on all sorts of excellent news! Pooh! Do you know of any reason why this would be an issue? I feel really dumb, and also as though I’ve stumbled onto a portal through space and time.
I’m rooting for you with the new pregnancy! And I’ll be reading!
Hope Simone is feeling better soon. I love her little hands up by her face, tugging up the covers.
I hope everything continues to go well with your other news as well! I’m afraid to say more for fear of the jinx!
To April – me too! Then I noticed on twitter or something that there had been posts and I discovered if I went to flotsamblog.com/2011 I got the up to date home page….
To Alexa – I’m not sure I’ve ever commented, and it seems that this is as good a time as ever. I’ve been following this blog since before Simone was born, and just wanted to say I have laughed and cried and followed, and more than anything sent every little bit of hope and good wishes your way that I can (all the way from Ireland!)
